One foreign participated joint venture company manufacturing blood bags and such equipments working here for last many years has decided to establish their new factory worth 300 crore rupees outside Kerala. Non-availability of land, just 25 acres, and shortage of power and water is said to be forcing the4m to desert Kerala.
