ENDOSULFAN

 People of Kerala have come together to fight for banning endosulfan.

Some political leaders have alienated themselves from the fight against the deadly poisonous pesticide accusing others of politicising the issue. Actually they are the ones who are politicising it. Has Sainaba, the poor girl with gigantic head and small body, got any politics, or Kavitha, Vishnu or the thousands of mentally and physically retarded who have died or still suffering in Kasargod are members of any political party?

Every one in Kerala knows well that as result of the use of endosulfan the people in Kasargod are still suffering. The poison is there in the air, water and soil in Kasargod and the future generations also will suffer from it. The pictures and reports have been coming regularly in the print and visual media. Even after knowing well the after effects of endosulfan why these politicians turn away from the sufferings of the people?

The are scared that somebody else will take the credit in case of the success of the struggle.Is it such a trivial thing to thot like that?Are they concerned with the vote of the people for coming into power?

These guys should understand that If endosulfan is banned it will be the victory of the people.

ANNA HAZARE

The corrupt have come together openly against the civil society members in the Lok Pal Bill Committee. The moment Anna Hazare started the fast unto death against corruption, the corrupt people went in panic and now they are hurling baseless allegations against the members to create confusion among the people. They are scared of the unity and determination shown by the Indian people and the support given to Anna Hazare.

These guys are front men of a larger powerful group of people who are fully immersed in corruption and have amassed gigantic proportions of wealth looting our society. Fear psychosis has gripped them that once the Bill is made an Act and implemented properly they will be well behind the bars.

The only way to combat these men is for all Indians to come together and start counter attacks. Expose them through the media, dig their past and do all other non-violent methods to strip them and show the world their true colors. Like S. Gurumurthy who is continuing the tirade through his articles in Indian Express and other journals.

KERALA CHIEF MINISTER

Rahul Gandhi asked people of Kerala not to elect an old man of 87 years as the Chief Minister. The irony is that the same Rahul Gandhi will have to ask people of Tamil Nadu to elect an old man of 86 years as their CM.

1  തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ റോഡുകള്‍ യാത്രയോഗ്യമാക്കുമോ?

2  secretariat നടയിലെ സമരങ്ങളും പ്രകടനങ്ങളും ഒഴിവാക്കുമോ? 

3  ഹൈക്കോടതി ബെഞ്ച്‌ കൊണ്ടു വരുമോ?

4  കുടി വെള്ള പ്രശ്നവും മാലിന്യ നിര്‍മാര്‍ജന പ്രശ്നവും പരിഹരിക്കുമോ?

5  കായലും, നദിയും, നഗരവും കയ്യേറുന്ന മണല്‍, ഭൂ മാഫിയകളെ   

     അമര്‍ച്ച    ചെയ്യുമോ?

6   തരിശു നിലങ്ങള്‍ കൃഷി ചെയ്യാന്‍ നടപടി എടുക്കുമോ?

7   കളിയിക്കാവിള- പാറശാല   റോഡ്‌ 30  മീടര്‍ വീതിയില്‍ നിര്‍മിക്കുമോ?

8    തകരപ്പരമ്പ് ഫ്ലൈ ഓവര്‍ നിര്‍മിക്കുമോ?

9     നേമം, വേളി, റെയില്‍വേ സ്റെഷനുകള്‍ പൂര്‍തീകരിക്കുമോ?

10   രണ്ടു വര്‍ഷത്തിനകം മേല്‍പ്പറഞ്ഞ കാര്യങ്ങളുടെ 50 ശതാമാനം 

      പുരോഗതി നേടാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ലെങ്കില്‍ രാജി വക്കാമോ?

രണ്ടു പേര്‍ക്കും ഉള്ളില്‍ ‍ നിറയെ.

എന്തെങ്കിലും കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കാന്‍ മോഹം.

നീണ്ട രാത്രിയുടെ വിരഹം അകറ്റാന്‍

പിന്നെ ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ വിളികള്‍

നീണ്ടു നില്‍ക്കുന്ന കൊച്ചു വര്‍ത്തമാനങ്ങള്‍

ഒരു നേരമെങ്കിലും ദിവസം

ഒരു നോക്ക് തമ്മില്‍ കാണും.

ഒരു നേരം വിളിച്ചില്ലെങ്കില്‍,  ഒന്ന് കണ്ടില്ലെങ്കില്‍

ഒടുങ്ങി ജീവിതം എന്ന് നിനച്ചവര്‍

ഒരു നേരമല്ല നീണ്ട പത്തു ദിവസങ്ങള്‍

അവള്‍ വിളിച്ചില്ല, കണ്ടതുമില്ല തമ്മില്‍.

എന്തിനായിരുന്നീ ഇടവേള എന്നവള്‍ പറയുന്നില്ല

വിരഹം പ്രണയത്തിന്‍ മാറ്റ്  കൂട്ടീടുമല്ലോ.
